About Lil Fizz
For three years rapper Lil Fizz was one third of B2K, one of the biggest boy bands of the last decade. By the time he was 19 he’d sold millions of cds, and toured the world. Yet even with all that Lil Fizz didn’t have a real outlet for what was in his heart and soul.

That outlet has arrived. The name of Lil Fizz’s highly anticipated solo debut is Pay Day. Working with hip hop vet, Cudda, who along with multi-platinum rapper Nelly head up Fo 'Reel Entertainment, Lil Fizz has made a cd that’s edgy, sexy, fly, and overflowing with much bounce to the ounce. It’s also a chance for this 22-year-old star to take it to the next level and show folks just what he’s got.

“I know that there’s a whole lot of people who might doubt me or think I’m not legit because they’ve never seen a rapper that came out of a boy band, “Lil Fizz says. “That’s why I’m so excited and proud about this cd. Because now I can be me- I’m with people who give me freedom and creative control.”

That confidence and freedom shows on Pay Day’s first single. Featuring Ray J “Beds” is a sexy, club ready; shout out to every playboy’s furniture of choice. Another song meant to rock the body is “Car Wash”, (Not the 70’s movie) which Lil Fizz explains, “is about LA’s car culture. On Friday or Saturday it’s a ritual for everyone to go and get their car washed and make it look sharp. It’s like a party; it’s crazy. The music is bumping, the cars are all shiny and everybody’s flossin on Slauson. “Carwash” is for everybody but it’s gonna really make Cali happy.”

Asked what he wants his cd to show people and Lil Fizz replies, “That I can step out of what I was and be my own man. That I am more than what you might think. I hope this is a cd that people can really get into, and listen to for a long time. There’s a lot that everyone can relate to and party to but there’s also a lot of me in this cd. “
