Colleges in Boston, Chicago, Seattle, San Francisco and Philadelphia compete for a free, private screening of Youth in Revolt

SAN DIEGO, CA and NEW YORK, NY – November 18, 2009 – Eventful, Inc., the leading digital service connecting fans with entertainment and local events, and Dimension Films today announced an exclusive competition for college students to bring Michael Cera, Portia Doubleday, and a free, private screening of the upcoming film, Youth in Revolt, to their campus. College students in Boston, Chicago, Seattle, San Francisco and Philadelphia can Demand Youth in Revolt at their college through Eventful’s Demand it! service, and the college with the most Demands in each of the five markets win.

Based on the acclaimed novel by C.D. Payne, Youth in Revolt is the story of Nick Twisp a unique, but affable teen with a taste for the finer things in life like Sinatra and Fellini who falls hopelessly in love with the beautiful, free-spirited Sheeni Saunders while on a family vacation. But family, geography and jealous ex-lovers conspire to keep these two apart. With Sheeni’s encouragement, Nick abandons his dull, predictable life and develops a rebellious alter ego: Francois.
